I was looking to purchase a new home as a first time home buyer. I was working within a limited budget that Travis was aware of. I believe that Travis went out of his way to look for a nice home that would fit within that budget. He would carefully research homes before we went to look and give me an honest opinion if he thought it would be a good buy.
